If you require a cart for medical reasons, we do have a few on hand. Just be sure to book the cart well in advance, as we have a limited number of carts available. (Booking the cart at the same time you book your round and lodging is ideal). A medical certificate is required and a caddie must drive the cart.
Caddies at Cabot are self-employed. We will certainly do our utmost to accommodate your caddie requests, but we cannot guarantee availability, as there is a very high demand for our caddie service. In order to maximize your chance of securing a caddie for your round, we recommend booking your caddie at the same time you book your round and lodging.
A Caddies – Carry your bag and provide assistance with alignment, club selection, yardages, pin placement, and putting.
- Double Bag: $65 per bag + gratuity per round.
- Single Bag: $70 per bag + gratuity per round
- Medical Cart Caddie** – $70 per bag + gratuity per round
B Caddies – Carry your bag
- Single Bag: $50 per bag + gratuity per round
Group Caddies – Provide course knowledge for your entire group (but will not tend to an individual golfer’s clubs)
- $100 per group + gratuity per round
*Caddie Fees are paid directly to the caddies, do not include gratuity, and are not included in green fee. Gratuity is at the guest’s discretion. Caddies at Cabot are self-employed. We will certainly do our utmost to accommodate your caddie requests but cannot guarantee availability
**While the Cabot courses are walking only, Medical Cart Caddies are available for those guest who are physically unable to walk the entire course. Medical note is required.
Practice Range & Shuttle Service
Our practice range is located at Cabot Cliffs, which is about a five-minute drive from the Lodge. We offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from Cabot Cliffs every 15 minutes of every day for your convenience. If you’d like to visit the practice range before a round at Cabot Links, please factor in the extra few minutes of travel time.
Lodge Cancellation Policy
For visits longer than one night, a deposit of two nights plus 15% Harmonized Sales Tax per room will be processed at the time of booking. For one-night visits, a deposit of one night plus 15% Harmonized Sales Tax per room will be processed. Guests can cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty.
Resort Guest Golf Bookings:
For all resort golf bookings and associated services, there is no advance deposit required at time of booking. We require 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. Any green fees cancelled within the 24-hour period will be charged to your guest account at full rate. Any accepted Caddie requests cancelled within the 24-hour period require caddie fees to be paid out to caddie.
Non-Resort Guest Golf Bookings:
Non-Resort Tee Time Bookings During May 10 – May 30 & October 14 – October 27: We require 72 hours advance notice for cancellations. Any green fees cancelled within the 72-hour period will be charged the full rate to the credit card holding the reservation.
Non-Resort Tee Time Bookings During May 31 to October 13: We require 21 days advance notice for cancellations. Any green fees cancelled within the 21 day period will be charged the full rate to the credit card holding the reservation.
Weather Cancellation Policy
The course only shuts down in the event of lightning. While we won’t refund a round due to rainy weather as playing with the elements is a big part of links golf, we will try our best to accommodate by rearranging tee times on the day.
