We are very proud and honoured that both Cabot Links and Cabot Cliffs have been designated as a “Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary” through the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses. Recognized for their environmental stewardship by Audubon International, they are two of three golf courses in Nova Scotia, and 890 in the world, to hold the title of Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.

The Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses, endorsed by the United States Golf Association, provides information and guidance to help golf courses preserve and enhance wildlife habitat and protect natural resources. Golf courses from Canada, the United States, Africa, Australia, Central America, Europe, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia have achieved certification in the program.
We also implement many green initiatives in our Cabot Links accommodations, including:
